Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Orthopedic Spine)
Location: Sun City, AZ
Hours & Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Friday
Work Environment: Mix of clinic and ambulatory surgery center (ASC)
Travel Required: No
Salary / Hourly Rate: $130,000–$180,000 base salary
Bonus Offered: Productivity-based bonus (OTE $225,000/year)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Assess patient health status, develop care plans, and determine appropriate diagnostics and treatments
Provide acute and chronic care including histories, physicals, injections, medications, and wound care
Triage patient phone calls and assess patient needs
Respond to urgent and emergency situations, including CPR
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to coordinated patient care
Assist in surgical procedures and perform OR support as needed
Participate in hospital rounds and shared on-call responsibilities
Educate patients and families to promote understanding and wellness
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:
NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
Current Arizona license as a PA or NP
NP First Assist training (if applicable) following AORN education standards
Orthopedic Spine experience preferred but not required

Base Salary: $130,000 to $180,000 annually, based on experience
Bonus Structure: Productivity-based bonus; on-target earnings (OTE) of approximately $225,000 per year
