Description

Will have responsibility for leading the 6 individual teams that are working on EMR and PM. It is possible that this Leader will also have oversight on the client’s team members. This role will help create product verticals Will work with Product Leads, Product Owners , and various other stakeholders Leads will manage everything – Project Manager, processes, technology issues, DevOps, Delivery manager(s) in Bangalore, etc. They will be supporting the development of an existing App – adding new features, making changes, etc. Requirements Experience in Healthcare with EMR and Practice Management (PM). Strongly prefer Healthcare & EMR exp. Must have background in managing multiple teams [onshore & offshore] Exp. in on-prem and cloud [AWS] would be highly preferred Must have both functional & technical skills. Candidate needs a strong technical knowledge/understanding. They will not be doing programming, but must understand the process of application development. Candidate must be able to talk to everyone at the technical level. Candidate has to be engaging from the get-go Finding someone that has deployed EMR & Practice Management systems would be perfect

Reporting to the Sr. Product Director, GNC Sensor Modules the Principal Mechanical Engineer will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop and support the design, prototype, qualification and sustainment of innovative components and modules for various spacecraft.  Key Duties and Responsibilities Use MATLAB to analyze stability and performance of motor rotor dynamics. Perform tuning on actuator control systems based on analysis and test results. Develop preliminary designs grounded in sound engineering reasoning. Create and/or lead a team through detailed design, requires a strong understanding of GD&T and various manufacturing methods. Perform and/or lead team through structural, thermal, and dynamic analysis, with a strong understanding of design principles to improve analysis results. Conduct final review on mechanical and electrical drawings. Test actuators at module and satellite level to validate and characterize design intent and requirements. Propose and develop new analytical methods and processes for improving module design performance predictability. Identify and Lead Process Development and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Provide technical guidance and direction to the engineering and project team. Represent the company as the Subject Matter Expert in area of technical expertise. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree or PhD preferred. Minimum of 12 years of experience in Aerospace and Defense product development. Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD packages. Proficiency with bearing analysis software (ORBIS or equivalent). Proficiency with FEA analysis. Advanced knowledge with the design of complex, high precision rotating mechanisms. Deep knowledge of rotor dynamics design and analysis. Deep understanding of GD&T, precision tolerancing, and high-performance materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, aluminum alloys). Demonstrated success in solving complex manufacturing issues and driving process improvement. Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, NX, or similar) and CAD tools. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams and production personnel. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or advanced coursework in manufacturing engineering or mechanical systems. Experience with AS9100, ITAR, and other regulatory/quality standards relevant to defense manufacturing. Background in both prototype and production machining environments.
