As part of a high-performance team in a leading technical nonwovens operation, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of our manufacturing systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: Support daily plant operations by troubleshooting mechanical systems and equipment. Assist in the design, installation, and optimization of production line equipment. Monitor and improve reliability and performance of mechanical systems. Work with cross-functional teams including maintenance, production, and quality to drive process improvements. Develop and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, drawings, and maintenance plans. Support continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field (required). 0–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (internships or co-ops included). Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.). Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
