Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer (Entry Level) to join our team at our Hazlehurst, GA , manufacturing facility. As part of a high-performance team in a leading technical nonwovens operation, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of our manufacturing systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: Support daily plant operations by troubleshooting mechanical systems and equipment. Assist in the design, installation, and optimization of production line equipment. Monitor and improve reliability and performance of mechanical systems. Work with cross-functional teams including maintenance, production, and quality to drive process improvements. Develop and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, drawings, and maintenance plans. Support continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field (required). 0–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (internships or co-ops included). Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.). Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. GLR Engineers is seeking structural engineer applicants for a project manager position in our Spokane, WA office. The applicant shall have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the field of structural consulting design. Desired experience shall consist of working with multiple types of building materials, project types and the ability to contribute on multiple projects and deadlines.
