You will work closely with the construction and installation teams to ensure that every home is equipped with the best air distribution systems. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Manual J load calculations for residential buildings. Design and draft HVAC duct layouts in compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with project managers, builders, and contractors to meet project specifications. Review and revise designs based on feedback from installation teams. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations. Requirements Requirements: Experience with Manual J calculations and duct design software. Strong understanding of HVAC principles and airflow dynamics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Requirements Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Design and develop efficient manufacturing processes and equipment. Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to optimize manufacturing operations. Equipment Design: Develop and enhance equipment used in manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet safety standards and operational requirements. Project Management: Lead projects from concept through to implementation, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Job description Overview . What You Will Do Safely performs maintenance, installation, and repair of equipment and processes in the Milling plant including mills, conveyors, screens and like systems.  Assist with and perform component replacement and repairs on, but not limited to: conveyor systems, ball mills, auto mills, screen decks, lube systems, filter drums, crushers, hydraulic filter presses, and foundry pumps Perform mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance: identify potential failures/noises/wear on agitators, rotors, belts, pulleys, gear boxes May perform welding (Stick, TIG) Responsible for maintaining work orders, a clean and safe work area and performing work area inspections Perform other duties as required One (1) year of experience in mechanical/maintenance or a combination of education and experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance Ability read and use schematics and blue prints Must have completed academic and competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees), and have experience demonstrating required mechanical aptitude.  Selected candidate shall demonstrate ability to apply knowledge and technical skills while also passing a written assessment.  This exam is based on technical skills/abilities and/or academic knowledge; as well as safety.
