Planned Maintenance: Development and implementation of an effective planned maintenance programs and activities across site (Manufacturing & Facilities) to increase equipment availability (90% for assets which have planned maintenance activities conducted on them) and minimize downtime Design and implementation of an effective spare parts control system to secure 100% adherence to planned maintenance schedules is delivered Planned maintenance completion to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency are delivered to meet customer service levels Planning and completion required maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety regulation, environmental standards and internal company policies is achieved Coordination of reactive maintenance of the plant equipment to minimize efficiency losses Root cause analysis of any asset related failures resulting downtime and performance losses; implementation of robust countermeasures to prevent recurrence in future Effective planning, coordination and management of works carried out by external contractors for specialized maintenance activities Development of maintenance plans for new introduced assets in collaboration with OEM Monitoring and control of asset related changes on site Health & Safety: Adherence to site health and safety, and legislative requirements through personal responsibility and engagement of all team members Ensuring all maintenance activities are complainant to safety regulations, environmental standards and company policies.
