Job Summary: The Physical Therapist Manager oversees the operations of the physical therapy department, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role combines clinical responsibilities with leadership, including supervising staff, managing departmental functions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Manager is also expected to maintain a clinical caseload as a practicing Physical Therapist.
