As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team in a full-time role. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about coffee and delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Position Overview: As a Barista Manager, you will be the face of our Coffee Bar, expertly preparing a variety of coffee beverages while ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You are also responsible for all Management responsibilities. If you love coffee and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities: Coffee & Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, Americanos, cold brews, and other specialty beverages. Experience with latte art is a plus. Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner, ensuring they have an exceptional experience every time they visit. Take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer preferences. Café Operations: Help maintain a clean and organized café environment. Assist with keeping workstations, equipment, and the dining area clean and well-stocked. Complete all daily and weekly Management responsibilities. Expediting Orders: Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure quick service and satisfaction. Assist with order fulfillment and communication with customers. Requirements Skills & Qualifications: Prior barista experience or customer-facing experience in a café environment is required. Strong proficiency in making coffee beverages, with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude toward customers and team members. A team player with flexibility and willingness to assist with various tasks in the café. Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to health and safety standards. Previous Management experience required. Benefits Why Join Us?
