Acquire and apply the appropriate knowledge of Perry Homes construction procedures regarding the Phase II process (from sheetrock tape and float to home completion) and perform warranty service according to Company procedures. We are currently seeking a Superintendent/Foreman to join our growing construction company. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, willingness to travel, and dependability are a must. Job Details $85,000 – $150,000 depending on experience. 50 or more hours per week (no weekend work). Some projects require being out of town Monday-Friday (home on weekends). Transportation provided from Kearney, NE when working out of town. Paid travel time. Hotel paid for by the company. Nightly per diem for meals when working out of town. Requirements Over 3 years of experience leading a crew in sanitary sewer, water, and storm sewer installation and/or the building of concrete structures such as box culverts and storm sewer structures. Significant experience running excavators, loaders, skid steers, etc. Must be able to independently lead, manage and train a 5–6-person crew. Ability to manage projects safely and efficiently. Must maintain professionalism throughout each project during interaction with city employees, engineers, and the public. Responsible for entering and tracking manhours worked and production quantities daily. Responsible for effective documentation of performance feedback or issues. Responsible for the daily safety of your crew. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds individually or as a team when carrying loads heavier than 50 pounds.
