Job Overview: The Superintendent works with the project team and is responsible for day-to-day supervision on the project site. Assigned Responsibilities: Help establish safety plan and is directly responsible for project safety. Conduct on-site meetings with subcontractors, owners, and tradesmen. Directly responsible to maintain discipline at jobsite. Coordinates material deliveries Help to establish and enforce quality control plan (plans, specs, and local building codes) Ensure proper job sequencing. Maintain project documentation to include daily reports and jobsite photos. Monitor subcontractor’s progress. Collaborate on preparation of CPM schedules. Prepare 3 week look ahead schedules. Implement schedule to meet project completion dates. Produce / submit requests for information. Resolve field conflicts. Supervise Subcontractor activities. Maintain as built drawings. Identify documents for potential change orders and back charges. Requirements 5-7 years General Construction experience required. Experience with education K-12 and/or aviation construction is preferred. Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations preferred.  Communication, supervisory and organizational skills are necessary. Position Overview: The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects across various locations, ensuring project timelines, safety, and quality standards are met consistently. This role involves managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and site personnel, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed to specification. Produce/submit request for information. Liaison with owner occupant Resolve field conflicts. Maintain as-built drawings. Identify documents for potential change orders and back charges. Coordinates material deliveries Frequently travel to different job sites as required by project demands. Other duties as assigned. Requirements 5-7 years General Construction experience required.
