Expertise in HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), workforce analytics, and compliance. Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and project management skills. MBA or HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SPHR) preferred. Accompany any injured worker throughout any medical treatment that may be necessary to ensure the employee gets proper care and that the injury/care is properly managed. Ensure appropriate management of work-related injuries and proper care for injured employees. Develop and implement procedures to eliminate hazards and situations as those discovered through lessons learned and investigations from prior incidents. Recommend corrective actions and/or disciplinary procedures for violations of HSE rules, procedures. Reporting to the HRIS & Payroll Director, this role collaborates closely with the HR Payroll Manager to ensure seamless integration between HRIS and payroll systems. The HRIS Manager will focus on enhancing system functionality, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting strategic HR initiatives. This position is remote based, but requires someone who is within driving distance to the main office in Brighton, MI and willing to go onsite as needed throughout the implementation process, meetings and as needed. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Assist the HRIS/Payroll Director in developing and implementing HRIS/Payroll strategy that aligns with organizational objectives. Collaborate with HR Payroll Manager to ensure seamless integration between HRIS and payroll functionality. Key resource on HRIS/Payroll new system initiative/rollout and ongoing system module enhancements/implementations.
