We are seeking a results-driven Director to oversee dynamic fashion, consumer and beauty-adjacent clients. The ideal candidate brings deep agency experience, a strong command of the media landscape, and a proven ability to translate brand goals into powerful, integrated PR programs. This role will focus on high-level strategic planning, senior client counsel, team leadership, and business growth.  Requirements Serve as a senior lead across multiple high-profile fashion and consumer accounts, setting strategic direction, overseeing execution, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives.  Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing counsel on brand positioning, media strategy, crisis response, and thought leadership opportunities.  Architect and guide the execution of multi-channel campaigns, collaborating closely with internal specialists across influencer, digital, and experiential to drive cohesive, measurable results.  Shape high-impact media strategies that support major brand initiatives, product launches, and cultural activations; maintain and grow strong relationships with top-tier fashion, beauty, and lifestyle media.  Manage and mentor account teams, ensuring high performance, talent development, and quality control across all deliverables. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.  Lead the development of strategic proposals and pitch presentations; play an instrumental role in identifying and converting new business opportunities and expanding existing scopes.  Work closely with executives to assist in media training, attending events, and serving as their PR liaison.   Oversee account budgets, and scopes of work, ensuring operational efficiency.  Interface regularly with agency leadership to support internal initiatives, resourcing decisions, and the overall growth of the practice.  QUALIFICATIONS:  Basic Requirements:  Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in public relations, with a significant portion spent in agency environments focused on fashion, beauty, and/or consumer lifestyle brands.  Demonstrated success in leading integrated campaigns and managing complex client programs. Preferred Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field.  Established media relationships and an expert understanding of the consumer, fashion, and beauty editorial landscape.  Experience managing and growing cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets, and driving business development.  Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with C-suite clients.  A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach; thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.    Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits 401k and additional supplementary benefits WFH Stipend Summer Fridays Generous PTO policy with a 2-week holiday break in December The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 annually. Actual compensation is based on a range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location. Whether a prospective employee will be paid within the compensation range listed above will depend on a number of factors including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations, and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based.
