We offer training. *Report to the office every day *Perform plan take-offs, use software to measure and count mechanical system components to ensure accurate project price estimation. *Review project plans and specifications to include all necessary job scope details in project pricing. *Work with the Lead Estimator to prepare and submit project bids *Ability to interpret field drawings and keep project schedules in regard to drawing submittals *Potential site visits to obtain field information for use in shop and coordinate drawings, as-builts, etc.. *Build and create a CAD image library consisting of frequently used symbols and designs *Use and knowledge of drafting to execute BIM modeling and 3D modeling initiatives *Working knowledge of HVAC - AutoCAD software. Where You Will Work    Located approximately 50 miles northeast of Safford, Arizona on U.S. Highway 191, Morenci operations (an open-pit copper mining complex) has been in continuous operation since 1939.
