Key Responsibilities Running lanes are the 11 Western Regional 100% No Touch Reefer freight Driver will run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR then go on their own if less than 3 months experience. Home time every 3 weeks with at least a 34-hour reset The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night. Miles a week is 1800-2200. Requirements Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours. Must be 21 with a Valid Class A CDL Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years. Cannot have been terminated from last job for any reason. No DUI's, felonies, misdemeanors in the last 5 years Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max. Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen. Must live within 100 miles of Phoenix, AZ Benefits $1200 weekly average 45 - .59 per mile sliding pay scale Experienced drivers.46 - .74 per mile sliding pay scale depending on years of experience. $650 week training pay (4-6 weeks) if under 6 months exp $15 stop pay. What You Need to Be Successful: Technical Expertise: Experience with diesel engines, driveline components, and electrical systems. Familiarity with electric vehicle maintenance is a plus. Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with diagnostic devices (e.g., DDEC and ATEC readers), A/C recovery and charging equipment, and shop tools (e.g., hydraulic presses, pullers, manometers, tachometers, decelerometers, VOA instruments, dial indicators, micrometers, reamers, hones, vacuum and compression pumps, brake lathes, and other power tools) is highly valued. Certification: Additional certifications related to electric vehicles or advanced diagnostics are beneficial but not required Experience in Fabrication and Machining (Optional): Skills in welding, machining, or fabrication are a plus.
