Please do not apply if you do not have the experience of a Die Setter, Press Operator or Mechanical experience. Position: Press Operator / Tool Room Helper Wage: $25 - $30/hour Shift: 3rd Shift, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Friday hours as needed) Schedule: Monday - Thursday We are seeking candidates with a strong willingness to learn, especially individuals currently working as press operators or tool room helpers who are eager to advance their careers. Job Responsibilities: Set up and change dies for repairs and preventative maintenance Support the Tool Room team with die changeovers Handle start-up, shutdown, and changeovers for robotic and press equipment Troubleshoot system functions and resolve problems as needed Perform maintenance, basic cleaning, and minor adjustments to robotic end-of-arm tools, automation nests, and sensors Guide robotic equipment through its operational path, including making minor adjustments to robot points Ensure the robotic press line operates at optimal conditions Reset and restore safety devices (e.g., emergency stops), and manage line start/stop procedures Conduct safety and automation inspections Cut banding on loads and perform labeling and final audits on finished products Maintain accurate records, keep the work area clean, and remove scrap materials Take on any other duties or tasks as assigned Requirements Job Requirements: Experience: Previous experience as a Press Operator or Tool Room Helper is preferred. Familiarity with hydraulic press machines, progressive dies, and robotic press lines is a plus. Experience with performing die repairs and changeovers is a plus. Forklift operation experience is a plus. Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with press and robotic equipment. Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and safely. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements with tools such as calipers and micrometers. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols, especially in industrial settings. Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Other: Must be able to work the 3rd shift, Monday through Thursday, with additional hours on Fridays as needed. Must be dependable and able to work with minimal supervision while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Must have a positive attitude, be a quick learner, and be willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities.

We are seeking Production Associates/Assemblers for the remainder of the year. Our normal working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm and your hours will be 35-40 hours/week. Depending on mutual interest and business needs, this may convert to a full-time position in January. You will be working in our Production and Post-Production Team to prep, pour, clean, label, and pack our candles. The ideal teammate will have attention to small details and is able to perform repetitive tasks at an acceptable pace and maintain quality. The job is rewarding, but also requires a lot of manual labor, so these individuals should be able to stand on their feet 8 hours per day, lift 50 lb boxes throughout the day, and work with their hands.
