We are looking for a careful forklift operator to move packages and material around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency. ***SAME DAY PAY PLEASE READ BELOW*** Some of your clients require support for only a shift or a couple days. When this happens we will pay you the same day after your shift is complete. We also offer same day pay for the first few day for long term projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical drawings, advanced machining techniques, and experience working with aerospace-grade materials in a high-tolerance environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain large bed CNC milling machines to produce high-precision aerospace and defense components in accordance with tight tolerance specifications. Read, interpret, and apply complex aerospace technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to ensure machining accuracy. Troubleshoot machine malfunctions, setup discrepancies, and machining inefficiencies to minimize production downtime. Perform first-article inspections and continuous in-process quality checks using precision instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to address challenges related to complex geometries and specialized aerospace materials. Assist in developing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs (G-code or CAM software), particularly for multi-axis machines, if experienced. Follow all aerospace manufacturing protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area.Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience operating CNC machines in a precision manufacturing environment; experience with large bed CNC milling machines is strongly preferred.
