The US Drayage Specialist will oversee the daily operations of drayage clients’ needs, ensuring efficient management of container movements and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Key Job Responsibilities:  ·         Coordinate and manage the scheduling, dispatch, and tracking of drayage shipments from ports to warehouses, rail ramps, and final destinations. ·         Monitor and analyze dispatch operations to ensure optimal route and resource allocation. ·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with drivers, carriers, and port officials to ensure smooth operations. ·         Implement strategies to minimize costs and improve efficiency within the drayage operation. ·         Ensure compliance with all transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies. ·         Resolve any issues related to shipments, including delays, damages, and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner. ·         Provide leadership, training, and support to other dispatch team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment. ·         Stay informed of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in drayage and logistics management. ·         Manage accounts and operate as the lead shipment point of contact for all matters. ·         Foster strong relationships with client contacts. ·         Negotiate to ensure the best costs and value to maximize profit. ·         Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their long-term satisfaction by providing solutions and support. ·         Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities or compete for new or lost opportunities. ·         Work together with sales team to ensure client satisfaction. ·         Assist with special projects as requested. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Downstream Manufacturing Manager to be apart of an exciting mission by joining a rapidly growing startup in the enzyme biotechnology space. The appointed DSP Manager will lead the DSP operations. This role is critical for driving enzyme purification processes from pilot to production scale, ensuring consistent product quality, and supporting scale-up activities in a startup manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead downstream processing activities including cell harvest, clarification, protein/enzyme purification (chromatography, filtration), concentration, and formulation. Develop, optimize, and scale downstream unit operations to support clinical and commercial manufacturing. Work cross-functionally with upstream, analytical, and quality teams to meet production and product specifications. Implement and enforce GMP-compliant operations and documentation. Support tech transfer, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and mentor junior engineering and operations staff. Qualifications: M.S. or Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in downstream processing, preferably with enzyme or biologic products. Hands-on experience with purification technologies such as TFF, UF/DF, AKTA systems, column chromatography, etc. Familiarity with bioreactor harvest protocols and scale-up operations. Strong understanding of regulatory and quality standards (GMP, FDA, etc.). Startup or small company experience a plus.

We are looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling precision machined components into subassemblies and assemblies in accordance with technical specifications, and blueprints and assembly instruction. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and proficiency in using various tools and equipment within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings and work instructions to assemble mechanical components. Operate hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in assembly. Inspect assembled products to verify compliance with design specifications. Work collaboratively with team members to streamline assembly processes and boost overall efficiency. Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to interpret blueprints for precise assembly. Hands-on experience with hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers. Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities. Ability to operate effectively in a warehouse setting while adhering to safety procedures. Prior machining experience is advantageous but not required.
