White and Brown Cat Lost (Vancouver)

Casper our cat lost his collar and didn’t come home last night. He is either lost or stolen please message me if you hear or see anything. His collar was found in the street on the corner of 25th and 99th in Hazel dell. He is friendly and microchipped. He has been reported lost and potentially stolen.
