Stolen Puppy

Two lady's stole my puppy from Lynnwood area. If seen and I get her back in my possession reward $100. Her name is Boo and she's microchipped. I already filed a police report. One of the lady's pulls around a cart with another smaller dog. Please help bring my puppy back home
