Someone stole our dog (Lincoln heights)

We had a miniature retriever black name is blacky. He is 14 years old and someone literally took him out of our property. Someone posted a Pic of my on montecito dog park on griffin Ave. We tried to reach out to the people that posted on thread and never got a response back. Please if anybody has or seen the dog email back please ?
