LOST DOG SMALL BLACK FRIENDLY (CAPE GIRARDEAU)

Ringo is friendly, sweet, and very energetic. He was originally found near the middle school in our neighborhood, but instead of being returned, he was taken about two miles away to Kingsway Drive, where the “Good Samaritans” who found him ended up losing him.
