Found backpack with contents Group 26 patch (Chico)

Found backpack that some tweakers left under my porch at 6 am today..appers to have been stolen. Has Group 26 patch, uhf radio/mic, hydration pack..Fireman or Forest Service Worker perhaps..I also have nice video of tweakers/faces.
