Name: Looney Breed: mix (smooth border collie shepherd mix) Appearance: Medium/Large dog. She is black with white markings: on her belly and chest they lead up to her chin but does not connect around the neck. It goes down her forehead and around her nose. The tip of her tail is white. 1/3 of the right eye is blue, brown left eye. Pointy ears.
