Lost Samsung Galaxy S8 (Philadelphia)

On August 7th around near 10:30 am was the last time i recall handling my S8 in the AirGarage at 1601 Callowhill St, Philadelphia, PA 19130. I was parked at the bottom floor next to the access stairs with a open shelf. Upon reaching home i noticed it was missing from my person so i went back to the Garage around 11:30 to 12 retraced my steps and could not find it nor could anyone i talked nor had they seen or heard of a lost phone. In addition it would not ring and Find hub couldn't connect to it. I know the air garage was the last place because i texted a friend right before leaving the parking Garage. I also remember putting the phone down on the concrete shelf which i thought i took it from but perhaps not. There also exists a possibility i put it on my car roof in which case my route would have been after exiting taking N 16th >> Spring Garden >> N Broad St >> Race >> 676 in which case there is the high chance even despite it last being in a otter box case i doubt it would survive the traffic in one piece. If anyone finds my S8 any condition and verified with me as my phone i will have a 250$ reward 500$ undamaged Its Model number is SM-G950U SPHG950USLV with a Black Otterbox case and Zagg Screen Glass Protection Thank you
