Lost Cockatiel named Charlie (South Rockport)

Charlie is a 2 year old cockatiel. He flew out the door on 8/13/25 due to my careless mistake. My 2 kids are devastated. He sings If You're Happy and You Know It and September by Earth, Wind, and Fire. Please email with any information. Reward for his safe return.
