Loose dog NE CS- Stetson Hills (Weaver and Quicksilver)

Dog with a t shirt on running around. Last seen around 9am off Quicksilver and Weaver (near Barnes and Peterson). We tried to get closer to see if there was a tag but could only get this pic.
