Found cat, still roaming, black and white (Town n country, Bayport colonies)

Saw this little girl or guy this morning roaming around 2am off Bayside key Dr, Tampa FL 33615. All I have is a blurry video (see the image of screenshots) but it shows distinct markings. I've never seen this cat so wanted to possibly help the rightful owner bring baby back home. I have no further info as to where this cat is, only that it was spotted this morning (10/15/25) in the neighborhood of Bayport colonies. About a mile west of w. Hillsborough ave and sheldon (aka memorial.) If this is your cat you can contact me and I'll help look for it along with alerting my neighbors to be on the lookout but please carefully see the pictures before you contact me to make sure it's your baby.
