Sacramento Criminal Law firm is seeking to fill a full-time position for a legal assistant/secretary Basic office duties and responsibilities would include: Answering phones and taking detailed messages. Assist attorneys with client case management, including documents, discovery request and filings. Administrative tasks such as scheduling and calendaring client appointments and court dates. This is not a remote position, our office is located in Downton Sacramento and our office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. We are a well establish Criminal Law firm in downtown Sacramento. While experience is definitely a plus, we are looking for someone with a great attitude and positive disposition. Someone that is willing to learn our system and can work well with others on our professional team. We offer competitive pay and benefits.
