Our firm is looking to hire an experienced litigation paralegal to work closely with our managing attorney. The ideal applicant has 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably focused on plaintiff's personal injury. Tasks may include maintaining the litigation calendar; drafting legal documents, assisting with the discovery process and performing legal research. Successful candidate is detail oriented and very organized. Should have a great work ethic and zealous desire to help injured accident victims. Responsibilities include commencing and maintaining cases in litigation by way of: -Drafting and filing pleadings and discovery documents (BPs, etc). -Drafting and responding to motions; subpoenas; trial authorizations, etc. -Managing litigation calendar. -Preparing clients for EUOs/EBTs. -Requesting records from various sources. -Responding to Court Orders and discovery demands. Requirements are: at least 3 years of paralegal experience preferably on Plaintiff's side. Must have good writing skills. Ability to speak Spanish fluently is a big plus.
