Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of improvement plans, specifications, supporting documents, and permit applications for subdivisions, commercial developments, multifamily developments, and public works projects. Perform site analysis, material and code research, landscape area and material quantities, grading impacts, and cost estimates, and provides other supporting documentation for public and private projects. Responsible for site renderings/illustrations. Assist with CAD drawings for schematic design through construction documentation.   You will love our Full-Spectrum Approach™! Requirements Education Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture from a 4-year, board-approved curriculum, or 6 years of combined board-approved landscape architecture curriculum and/or landscape architecture work experience. Assist, and in some cases lead, in the preparation of improvement plans, specifications, supporting documents, and permit applications for subdivisions, commercial developments, multifamily developments, and public works projects.  Assist, and in some cases lead, the preparation of calculations, such as irrigation requirements, landscape area and material quantities, grading impacts, and cost estimates, and provides other supporting documentation for public and private projects.  Perform plan drafting using CADD software. Takes an active role in new business development by performing quality production work to build strong relationships with existing clients.   Requirements Education Bachelor’s or master’s in landscape architecture, Planning or Urban Planning from a four-year, accredited university. Experience       Typically, 7+ years of experience in landscape architectural design or planning.  Strong skills in the application of Autodesk, Adobe and LandFX products. Understand approval and permitting process for landscape architectural and planning projects. Strong skills in site development, early schematic planning, and preparing conceptual design documents.
