Job Summary for CONSTRUCTION & ARBOR FOREMAN: Foreman are responsible for maintaining properties as dictated by job assignments and perform labor intensive work on a regular basis. They are proficient in performing all hardscape and/or arbor maintenance tasks and must have the ability to meet company production rates and standards. Foreman must be able to drive the crew safely to and from the job sites. Must know how to use many landscaping hand tools, power equipment and hardscape equipment in order to complete their assigned tasks and are expected to do so in a safe manner. They must communicate effectively with the Project Managers regarding job assignments and the progress of the work. Qualifying Requirements: • Extensive knowledge and experience in landscape hardscape and/or arbor care. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment.
