Perform manufacturing/production/test tasks as planned by the MRP. Respect task time and quality level assigned by operating instructions, methods, process, and MRP routing. Identify parts as necessary by the operating instructions. Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks. Alert Team Leader on process drift or quality problem. Complete the tally sheet on the MRP tool if the team leader requests it. Pack goods ready for shipment in crates or other containers. Respect ESD rules for electronics device production. Complies with EHS rules. Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing unit, on electronics, electrical, or mechanical devices. Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical and mechanical fitting. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Manufacturing effectiveness. Quality focus. Collaboration / Communication with Transparency / Teamwork. Local language.

Maintenance Tech for Apartments Completes work-orders in an effective and timely manner. Reacts immediately to emergency work orders or calls after work hours. Performs routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair. Repairs broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures. Works on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs. Maintains the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly. Paints the building when the paint has become faded or chipped. Must Know how to work building wood fence. Deals with the trash can issue and maintain the cleaning environment for the community. Fixes potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
