JOB DEMAND: - Ideal candidate must be SELF-MOTIVATED, RESPONSIBLE, RELIABLE, PUNCTUAL, TRUSTWORTHY, ENERGETIC, & PHYSICALLY FIT for the job. - Must be willing to work & have a positive attitude that works well with colleagues and customers - Basic experience with Japanese Engines & Transmissions - Must have a valid Driver’s License & an excellent driving record - Driving status check & driving record search will be conducted - Must be LEGALLY authorized to work in the United States - Must NOT be afraid to make hands/clothes DIRTY/OILY - Bilingual in English & SPANISH preferred RESPONSIBILITIES: - Washing & cleaning of engines, transmissions, & other car parts - Preparing the deliveries/shipping - Loading/Unloading on/from the delivery truck safely - Delivering each order to its destination safely - Removing the transmissions from engines - Cleaning the warehouse, office areas, & restrooms - Helping in the warehouse where needed - Testing & inspecting the engines & transmissions – compression test, leak down tests, etc. - Unloading shipments/containers with forklift - Will discuss other duties in person SHIFT SCHEDULE: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm Saturday (On Call) SALARY: $18.25 per hour APPLICATION SUBMISSION: Must visit in person between 9:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday (Except Federal Holidays) and 9:30am - 2:00pm Saturdays ADDRESS: SoCal JDM Motors, LLC. 15960 Downey Ave Paramount, CA 90723 ********************************************************************** REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO: El candidato ideal debe ser AUTOMOTIVADO, RESPONSABLE, CONFIABLE, PUNTUAL, HONESTO, ENÉRGICO Y ESTAR EN BUENA CONDICIÓN FÍSICA para el trabajo. Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar y tener una actitud positiva que facilite el trabajo en equipo con compañeros y clientes. Experiencia básica con motores y transmisiones japonesas. Debe contar con licencia de conducir vigente y un historial de manejo excelente. Se realizará una verificación del estado de manejo y del historial de conducción. Debe estar LEGALMENTE autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos. No debe tener problema en ensuciarse las manos/ropa con grasa o aceite. Se prefiere que sea bilingüe en inglés y español. RESPONSABILIDADES: Lavado y limpieza de motores, transmisiones y otras partes automotrices. Preparar entregas y envíos. Cargar y descargar mercancía del camión de reparto de manera segura. Entregar cada pedido a su destino de forma segura. Separar las transmisiones de los motores. Limpieza del almacén, oficinas y baños. Apoyo general en el almacén según se requiera. Pruebas e inspección de motores y transmisiones (prueba de compresión, prueba de fugas, etc.). Descargar contenedores o embarques con montacargas. Se hablarán de otras responsabilidades en persona.
