Venue Maintenance & Event Support About the Role LEV’EL Venue is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to help us keep the space in top shape. This starts as a part-time role (minimum 25 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into full-time (up to 50–60 hours per week depending on events). Because most of our events happen on weekends, Friday and Saturday availability is required. Pay: $20 per hour What You’ll Do • Be present for the entire duration of events to handle issues right away (bathrooms, lights, AC, etc.) and make sure everything runs smoothly. • Work extra hours when needed, depending on the event schedule (some weeks will be busier than others). • Stay presentable and professional during events, since you’ll be around guests and clients. • Keep the venue clean and welcoming at all times — bathrooms, floors, and common areas included. • Do light fixes and touch-ups (painting, small repairs, replacing bulbs, tightening fixtures, etc.). • Help contractors or vendors when they come in for work. • Respond quickly to anything urgent that comes up. • After events, help with building upkeep and ongoing maintenance to keep the venue in top shape. • Keep track of cleaning and repair supplies. Who You Are • Handy and comfortable with general maintenance tasks. • Proactive — you notice what needs attention before anyone else. • Flexible with hours — from 25 hours minimum up to 50–60 hours on busy weeks. • Available on weekends (Fridays & Saturdays required). • Presentable and professional around guests. • Takes pride in keeping a space clean, organized, and running smoothly. • Ready to grow with us as this role expands into full-time.
