Tree Crew Groundsman. $300 Signing Bonus! (Renton/Eastside)

We are in need of a Tree Groundsman to assist in ground work related to tree trimming and removals. This position will assist with hauling and chipping brush, driving equipment, chainsaw and other pruning tool use and general site cleanup. Experience in this field of work is preferred, as can be a physically demanding job. We have multiple crews going out daily and job specifics change depending on the site, so a “can do” attitude and flexibility are extremely helpful to complete jobs on time. With expressed interest and continued aptitude, training can be provided to learn tree climbing and rigging. This job has the potential to grow into a more well-rounded and skilled position for the right person. We meet at our truck yard in Issaquah at 7:30am, coordinate vehicles and equipment for that day, and return to the yard at the end of the day, generally around 4pm with some days requiring overtime. $500 bonus paid after 90 days.
