The team member will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of brand new model homes, including bathrooms and Sales Offices. Team member may also be asked to perform various minor maintenance tasks (such as emptying trash and changing lightbulbs). Work is typically performed in the morning between 5am to 10am, however exceptions can be made based on availability. We will provide all equipment needed to perform your job and training is handled on site by our field managers. Responsibilities: Vacuum and polish hardwood, tile, and laminate floors Dust furniture and other surfaces. This position is not control system programming (DeltaV, Rockwell, etc.), but instead requires deep technical expertise in field devices, valves, transmitters, and Rosemount instrumentation. The engineer will play a pivotal role in upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze process data provided by engineering firms. Translate process information into ISA specification sheets for instrumentation devices. Specify, evaluate, and select the correct instrumentation (valves, transmitters, field devices—especially Rosemount) for each application.
