So we are in need of some hard-working, time-oriented, passionate people in our crew. *Students can also apply if they have an understanding of the work* *Age should be 18+* Position: Independent Contractor / Skilled Handyman Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract Location: Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per week Property preservation work may include but is not limited to: ● Inspections ● Winterization ● Lock Changes ● Debris Removal ● Lawn Maintenance ● Snow Removal ● Janitorial Services ● Board-Ups ● Submitting Bids for Minor & Major Repairs ● Completing Minor & Major Repairs ● Electronic completion and Submission of documentation ● Taking clear pictures. Requirements: ✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation ✔ Own necessary tools and equipment (ladders, power tools, lawn equipment, etc.) ✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work ✔ Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently ✔ Valid SSN, EIN, or business license (ABC Number) . is committed to maintaining a transparent payment policy & make sure our contractors are getting paid weekly on time with the exact amount of work order calculations and the amount.
