We currently have 2 vacation rentals in the area with more on the way and are looking for someone to help with the cleanings and overall home mgmt. We will be adding more properties in the coming months, our target is 6 homes before the end of the year with more as we grow together. A normal day will consist of 2-8 hours of work inside and outside of Reno. The work will consist of vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, laundry (linens & towels), dishes (minimal), and emptying the fridge and trash, among other things depending on the unit. We supply some nontoxic cleaning products , you can bring some as well. In addition you will be communicating with management, our guests, and handymen so please be capable of responsive text messaging. If you don't do texting/don't like to text or communicate well, please do not apply - we will communicate mostly in this fashion. Also you'll need to accept online payroll - we don't write checks or pay cash since you'll be working remotely and we have a highly automated business model.
