North County contracting firm in business 40+ years seeks experienced journeyman roofers and roofing tile installers, and entry-level roofing labor. Opportunities for lead positions, estimating, and sales opportunities exist for qualified and interested applicants. Current openings are also available for #2 crewmembers who have established roofing skillsets and the ability to work well under a project manager/foreman.Applicants should have excellent communication skills, be motivated to work, and have reliable transportation and a clean DMV record. Work encompasses both commercial and residential roofing including tile, shingle, metal roofing, and membrane roofing including APP and TPO. We are looking to hire skilled individuals on a full-time basis (40hrs per week). What we expect: Excellent communication skills. Prior roofing experience. Must be a team player, and have the ability to get along with other team members. Must be reliable, consistent, and dedicated. Must exhibit quality, detail-oriented workmanship while maintaining proper safety practices. Must have reliable transportation, clean driving record, and a valid CA driver’s license.
