Job description: Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and safely to our customers while also managing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience in both delivery driving and warehouse environments. Duties: Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Read invoices to pull orders together. Navigate routes effectively and efficiently while adhering to delivery schedules. Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for moving heavy items. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with route driving and logistics is advantageous.
