Full-time or independent contractor Based in Gloucester MA Overview We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to help maintain real estate assets on behalf of property owners, investors, and financial institutions. Key Responsibilities > Inspect assigned properties for condition, safety and compliance with client >Perform services such as securing, cleaning, basic repairs, seasonal upkeep and debris removal >Document property status with photos and detailed reports >Communicate promptly with office team regarding property conditions, service completion and any issues that may affect deadline or budgets. >Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and time for billing and quality assurance. Qualifications >Prior experience in property maintenance, construction, landscaping, or a related field preferred but not required. >Strong attention to detail and ability to follow client specifications and regulatory requirements >Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, proof of insurance >Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. >Basic proficiency with smartphones or tablets. >May require some travel and overnight travel >Must be comfortable on roofs Physical Requirements >Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. >Comfort with outdoor work in various weather conditions. >Capability to perform tasks such as light repairs, yard work. Physically, workers must be able to stand or walk for long periods; lift and carry materials weighing 50 pounds or more; climb ladders, scaffolds and other objects carrying tools and equipment; and see (naturally or with correction). Ability to work at heights, extreme temperatures and to wear company's safety equipment is essential.
