Job Summary: This position is a hands on, skilled and reliable Commercial Parking Lot Sweeper Operator to join our team. Change and reline trash receptacles on designated sites. * Hand pick large debris from island planters and property boundaries. * Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to management promptly. Ensure the safe use of and performance of equipment adhere to OSHA safety guidelines. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate work activities and ensure timely completion of tasks. * Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents in the workplace. * Follow environmental regulations and guidelines for proper disposal of waste materials collected during sweeping operations. * Daily upload of service photos at sites into company portal systems to provide visual documentation of site conditions and completion of work. * Complete and submit accurate inspections for vehicle and equipment issued under your care. * Utilize company technology, resources, and software tools for communication. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. This is a hands-on shop position where you’ll be fabricating and installing custom equipment, wiring electrical systems, and keeping our trucks ready for any job.
