Shore Management, a property management company in central San Diego, is looking for reliable, honest, and detail-oriented part-time or full-time individuals with experience cleaning vacation rentals, vacant homes, and offices/commercial properties. Must be self-motivated and able to stay productive while working unsupervised. Compensation & Schedule: $20 per hour 32–40 hours per week W2 employee Responsibilities: * Must be available to work seven days a week, averaging 32–40 hours weekly * Clean the company office on a weekly basis * Clean and maintain property common areas, laundry rooms, stairwells, balconies, and patios * Perform deep cleaning of vacant apartments, homes, vacation rentals, offices, and commercial properties: - Clean, fold, and restock linens, as well as provide general turnover service for vacation rentals - Thoroughly clean all types of flooring with proper products - Clean windows, blinds, and screens - Clean appliances and cabinets inside and out - Clean fan blades and light fixtures - Sweep out garages - Operate a pressure washer * Communicate with supervisor regarding any extra cleaning or maintenance needed Requirements: * Clean driving record * Valid CA driver’s license * Prior property cleaning experience * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. * Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in English Benefits (Full-Time Employees): * Paid Time Off * 50% employer contribution for Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, and Life insurance (after 60 days) * 401(k) eligibility after 1 year of full-time work To Apply: Please email your work history to jobs@shoremanagement.com if interested. Stat Team, Inc. is a nation-wide staffing agency seeking reliable, professional staff to administer surveys to riders on Community Transit (in and around Snohomish County). Community Transit is conducting an On-Board Rider Survey in order to collect rider trip information and rider characteristics for future planning on all fixed routes. The data collected from passengers will be used to improve public transit in the region and help improve overall transportation by using the collected data in planning and forecasting. POSITION TITLE: Surveyor JOB DESCRIPTION: Report to assigned location (bus/rail station) 15 minutes prior to departure time to sign and in receive materials (paper surveys, pens, envelopes, etc). Board assigned bus/rail and distribute surveys to all passengers riding on the bus. Collect surveys when passengers have finished and make sure they are entirely filled out. The survey questions include: • The passengers home address • Where/what type of place is the passenger coming from and where are they going. • Which stop the passenger got on at, and where they will get off during this one-way trip • If the passenger used any other buses on the trip they are taking (transfer routes). • Demographic questions relating to income, ethnicity, employment, etc. The surveys will take place on the bus meaning staff will be on buses for roughly 7-8 hours daily throughout their shift. At the end of each shift, staff will return to their location and return equipment, receive supervisor feedback, and receive a report time and location for the following day. Shift times and report locations will vary daily. REPORT LOCATIONS: Various transit centers and rail stations, including but not limited to: • Lynwood Tansit Center (Lynwood, WA) • Community Transit Hardeson Bus Garage (Everett, WA) • Everett Station (Everett, WA) • Smokey Point Transit Center (Arlington, WA) • Aurora Village Transit Center (Shoreline, WA) • Everett Station • And a few other various locations. QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be punctual and reliable. • Must be able to communicate with strangers (Bus/Rail Passengers) • Must have reliable transportation to get to all report locations listed above. • Must be able to stand on your feet on board a moving bus for up to 7 - 8 hours • Must be comfortable asking personal travel and demographic questions SCHEDULE: AM Shift - Every Monday through Thursday until November 3 (excluding holidays) – approximately 5:00am-2:00pm. PM Shift – Every Monday through Thursday until November 3 (excluding holidays) – approximately 1:30pm-10:30pm. Some weekend shifts may be available during the program.
