Position Type: Full-time; Hourly Location: Portland, OR Wage Scale: $20.00 + an hour and/or piece rate Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Responsibilities: -Installing garage doors and openers in accordance with company and manufacturers standards. -Occasionally servicing all types of overhead doors and parts in accordance with company and manufacturers standards. -Accurately account for material and time used on each job. -Assuring that all materials necessary for the job are loaded onto the truck. -Drive to and from the job site. -Load and unload garage door materials at site. -Check work for errors and correct them if/when necessary. -Professionally communicate with customers, homeowners, and builders. -Maintain company vehicles and all company-provided tools. -Abide by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies. -Other duties as assigned.
