Location: Oceanside, CA Pay: $19.00/hour Shift: Monday to Friday: 7 am - 3:30 pm *Please simply respond to this advertisement with your resume *I will then reach out to set up a time to chat Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, dining areas, and outdoor grounds. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Wiping down and sanitizing counters and surfaces Dusting blinds and furniture Cleaning windows and glass doors Replacing trash liners and removing trash Cleaning and maintaining appliances in common areas (e.g., microwaves, refrigerators) Bringing out bins and preparing them for collection Assist with the setup and breakdown of community events and activities as needed. Conduct minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, reporting repairs, and ensuring proper waste disposal. Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and inform the Maintenance Supervisor of any shortages. Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment by promptly reporting any maintenance or safety concerns. Support other staff and departments as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or General Manager. Follow all safety protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure the well-being of residents and staff. Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and visitors by addressing concerns promptly and courteously. Qualifications: Must have a valid driver’s license High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling as needed.
