We are looking for temporary workers for a mid-sized e-commerce order fulfillment company. This position is for 4+ weeks. If you are a good fit for the job, it could become an evaluation-hire (long-term position). This position involves picking, packing, and shipping. Familiarity with computers, POS systems, or warehouse systems (such as an RF scanner) is required. You will also need to be able to carry up to 50lbs consistently. Compensation: $17 hourly Employment type: Temporary, but Full-Time. Duties and Responsibilities: • Accurately pick orders from inventory based on packing slips or RF scanners • Pack products securely and prepare them for shipment • Print and apply shipping labels using carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) • Verify accuracy of orders before shipment • Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing and shipping areas • Assist with loading/unloading trucks when needed • Monitor and report low inventory or damaged products • Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures Requirements: • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience a plus • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods • Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing • Basic math and computer skills (scanners, inventory systems, shipping software) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team • Reliability and consistent attendance 📢IMMEDIATE OPENINGS ARE AVAILABLE📢
