Shore Management, a property management company in central San Diego is looking for a reliable, honest and detail-oriented individual with janitorial, property cleaning and general porter experience. $20 per hour. 32-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday W2 employee with health benefits and paid time off. Company vehicle provided. The ideal applicant will be able to observe and resolve property issues in a timely manner, manage their time and perform tasks to keep properties looking clean, presentable and organized. Responsibilities will include: * Perform general janitorial tasks including but not limited to trash removal, spot mopping, vacuuming, cobweb removal, restroom cleaning. * Cleaning company offices on a weekly basis. * Cleaning property common areas and laundry rooms. * Operate power tools. * Operate power washing equipment. * Assist with debris removal for large clean-ups. * Remove graffiti, stickers and gum as needed. * Assist with move-out/deep-cleanings at vacant apartments or homes, including vacation rentals and commercial properties. * May require moving furniture, may include the assembly and breakdown. * May perform general demolition duties. Requirements: 1) A clean driving record 2) Valid CA driver’s license 3) Prior janitorial experience 4) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 5) Must have proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. 6) Must be able to read, write, communicate and follow instructions in English.
