Looking for a full-time Personal/Administrative Assistant to the President of fast-growth luxury goods suppier. Serious Inquiries only. Duties will include but are not limited to: -Assisting with timelines -Communicating with staff and clients -Calendar management -Organizing and creating company documents/correspondences -Managing company and personal accounts -Set up calls -Run errands Must have own car as well as laptop. Must be proficient in Google suite/Microsoft office suite, including excel, outlook and word. Looking for someone assertive who can work quickly but efficiently. Be creative, loyal, self-motivated, organized and work well with a team be willing to jump in and help wherever needed and be able to multitask. Must be proficient in time management and verbal/written communication, be resourceful, organized, adept in technology, and be a detail oriented problem solver.
