We are looking for Handyman services for our company. Must have all tools and equipment associated to perform the following: 1. Minor Plumbing - Detach and reset plumbing fixtures, sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, minor leaks, etc. 2. Minor Painting - Ability to match paint, interiors, trim, baseboards, garages, etc. 3. Finish Work - Ability to cut, install baseboards, door casings, trim, hang doors, etc. 4. Drywall - Ability to patch, hang, float and texture drywall. 5. Electric - Remove and reset ceiling fans, light fixtures, broken bulbs, switch plates, etc. 6. General - Assemble furniture, repair/replace cabinets, drawers, appliances, hang pictures, lock set installation, repair and reset, safety and senior modifications, rent/sales ready, turns, etc. 7. Must have valid drivers, excellent references, reliable transportation and pass a background check. 8. Must be detailed, neat, clean, reliable and work independently. 9. Must be solution oriented, personable, great attitude and is just plain FUN to work with.
