NEED SOMEONE TO CLEAN BATHROOMS / HALLWAYS ON WEEKENDS (PHOENIX)

I have 4 commercial buildings that need to be cleaned every weekend (Saturdays/ Sundays). Cleaning involves mopping 10 small restrooms, reloading paper towel and toilet paper dispensers, taking the trash out to the dumpster and sweeping the parking lot. You can start sometime in the morning 8-9am or earlier if you wish. It is a part time job. 6-8 hours a week (3-4 hours per day). All supplies are provided. The job would be ideal for someone who needs to make some extra money and doesn't mind to work on weekend mornings. I can pay $600 per month ($300 every other week). It's a 1099 job. You pay your own taxes. The job is available immediately. 3 buildings are located in Central Phoenix (Thomas and 27th Ave) and the other one is located in Downtown Phoenix (11th Street and Van Buren).
